9:00am - Yoga Flow (Level 1-2) with Kim Heffelfinger

10:30am - Gentle Yoga with Colleen Albright

6:00pm - Yoga Flow (Level 1-2) with Terry Brady Hind

 Saturday

9:30am - Yoga Flow (Level 1-2) with Terry Brady Hind

 

Walk-ins are welcome.  All classes are one (1) hour long unless otherwise noted.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins to secure a space.
